Effect of a Natural Growth Stimulant (Ascobein) on Growth and Yield of Seeds and Oil of Nigella sativa Plants

The importance of Nigella sativa plant is increasing day by in many medical and nutritional fields, the demand for it foreign markets. Therefore, we chose nigella to study effect spraying with a natural growth stimulant (Ascobein) at concentrations zero, 50, 100 150 ppm on productivity seed oil, as well its activity antioxidants. results showed that concentration gave highest values vegetative traits; (Plant height (86.3 89.5cm), Number branches (21.7 25.1), Fresh Dry weight per (118.43 143.85gm, 23.86 28.29gm/plant) respectively both seasons. Also, revealed foliar application improved yield/plant (16.95 19.74gm), Oil % (45.73 48.02%), DPPH% (99.04 102.39%), TPC (447.17 450.54 mg GAE/g) TFC (110.19 114.43 QE/g) seasons 20/2021 21/2022. percentage major fatty acids seeds oil has been estimated (Linoleic, Oleic, Palmitic Stearic).
